Follow-up Breast Scan - Phoenix, AZ

Service Description

Choose this option if you are scheduling for your recommended 3 or 6 month follow-up scan from your initial breast scan. This will establish your baseline.

Cancelation Policy

------ While we do not take credit cards in advance of your appointment to charge a fee for no-shows or last minute cancelations, we do just ask that you let us know at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we are able to fill that spot for another client.
